Comments: Definitely one of the cheapest condos around, but it is also tiny. Good deal for a single person I suppose. The condo my in-laws bought for my sister-in law cost the same and was about the same size, but it was in San Diego. So if this condo isn’t very messed up it is an okay deal. It is being listed at lower than the price it sold for in 2003, which means this is a 5 year price rollback.
