First of all, that overhead picture of the estate looks like it’s straight out of a fairytale. It’s beautiful, and it’s probably the most expensive listing that I have found so far that has a last sale price that’s higher than the current listing price. Since this home’s first listing the price has been cut 2.6 million, but I think it’s still way out of reach for mere mortals. It should be interesting to see what it finally sells for.

This is a short sale with a view of the ocean in the unincorporated coastside town of Moss Beach. There aren’t that many people there I think. One of my coworkers just moved there, though, and he it takes him about 30 minutes to drive to San Mateo.

I see another agent trying to freshen up a listing here. I recorded this one in my April update. At that time it was only $95k off. Clearly it was too expensive because now it’s another $95k cheaper. So I would definitely sit tight for another two months, and see if it’s another 95k cheaper.
