This is yet another off MLS listing I found on Craigslist.   It’s a pretty small condo and it’s now listing for $299k.  That makes it $610 per squarefoot.  As far as San Mateo condos go, that’s still pretty expensive.

I love how this listing dropped 51k right after it got listed, and how it’s on the tiniest sliver of a lot. This one is also rolled back to pre-2002.  It’s hard to find things in East Palo Alto that aren’t at least 30% off now.

Comments:  The price per square foot is fairly low on this house after the price reductions, but it looks pretty darn ghetto from the outside.  The pictures of the inside looks staged.  I’d consider this if it were another 150k off.   It has rolled back to 2004!
