Comments: My coworker went to look at this house. Apparently it is a short sale that is extremely close to foreclosure. It is a decent house but the electricity and water are already shut off. So you need to get the bank’s permission to turn the utilities on to inspect it.  It also needs quite a bit of remodeling according to him. The bank is lowering the price by 5% every 2 to 3 weeks.
