Five months ago I started to keep track of the homes that were listing for below their last sale prices in San Mateo County over at my blog The Baglady. It seems that each month there are more listings and it is hard to keep track of all the homes that get relisted in my spreadsheets. So I have decided to keep track of everything in this new blog.
