$15,000 tax credit for new home buyers this year

Well, there seems to be good news for fence sitters out there. The Senate officially passed a $15,000 tax credit for new home buyers this year in the massive stimulus bill that is still moving through the congress. The problem is that home prices still haven’t come down enough in San Mateo County, but this $15k subsidy is definitely good for closing costs or buying down interest rates. Is any readers going to take advantage of this?
