You can't compare Glazenwood (the micro neighborhood that 930 Rosewood is in) with homes on the other side of the railroad track. The other two properties you are comparing it to may be less than a half mile away, but it's really a world away. I have toured this house twice and IMO it is a beautiful house in a historic neighborhood close to downtown San Mateo, Draeger's (fancy supermarket), shops & restaurants, and beautiful Central Park. You walk 5 blocks east closer to the 101 (where the other two houses are) and it's totally different, the houses are smaller, more cheaply constructed, and you feel a little bit like you are in the barrio.
