So 1025 Toyon sold for $755,000. Whoever bought it is working on it now. I just drove by and it looks like they are digging up something... pipes, electrical lines.. who knows. The interior needs a lot of work too.... But, if someone has the cash to fix it up and live in it or sell it for more, good for them. Except for being right next to the train tracks, its a great location. Hello again.

An offer was accepted and status changed to Pending do NOT show after the first open house. A contractor must have purchased this home - it needs a TON of work.
