Comments: This house in East Palo Alto is actually fairly decent looking. It is a good size and it was built only 2 years ago. It’s curious that it sold for 1 million dollars in 2004, though.

I noticed this house for sale a few weeks ago, it is interesting to see how prices have basically plunged in the last 2 years in EPA. 2 years ago 485k, would’ve only gotten you a really old 900sqft bungalow. This is much better. The little bungalows are now under 300k. I guess it gives the working class people of EPA a chance to buy something in EPA, though still a rather small chance I suppose.
BTW. Google decided to put ads mostly in Chinese, except for one in Japanese. (Or maybe I’m dumb and they are all in Japanese, and the other ads are heavy into kanji), that would affect your revenue stream.
oh google is dumb, when a page is new they put all the ads up in Japanese. Some crappy bungalows in EPA are still 600k, though. This one is the best one I saw.
