The last sale seems rather fishy, this is SSF. There was a townhouse 2000sqft 2005 construction for sale across the street from me for last for $998k, and I thought that was overpriced. 928k would seem like way too much in 2004 from 1979 construction, that looks like 1979 construction. In my mind that would HAVE to be a cash purchase, or there would have to be fraud involved. No competent appraiser would’ve given 928k as a remotely possible sale price. It was 2004, even in 2005, or 2006 it would seem like a crazy stretch, it would’ve seriously had to contain pure gold, or platinum decorative architecture, or some other ludicrous thing to add so much value.
I agree with Jorge there was no way condo’s in this complex were going for $ 900,000 back in 04.
