Comments: This is an interesting listing. It is a short sale and I actually first saw it back in Sep 2007 for $823,000. Then it was taken off the market and resurfaced this month. I wrote to Redfin telling them that they no longer had the old listing data and this was their reply:
Unfortunately when a listing appears with a different MLS # we lose track of the listing price history. We hope to correct this in a future release of the website.
